PTA Engineering has four Core Values that are the foundation of the firm's culture and engineering services. These values reflect the strength and goodness of the human spirit, built by the firm's 65+ year history and embodied by its members.

PTA is driven to achieve great project results. Our engineering services are systematic and process-oriented that typically involve complex relationships and schedules. They require timely and accurate execution of our responsibilities. PTA teammates are required to be accountable to themselves; to their teammates; and to external project relationships. Accountability = Productive Teamwork!

Growth-Oriented.

PTA teammates are expected to seek growth; to be able to step outside their comfort zone and embrace change and the challenges of change; and support the growth of their PTA teammates. PTA affords the opportunity to change and grow for the benefit of the firm and the individual.
