Continuing Education

Embodying our Core Value of Growth, continuing education is a high priority at PTA. We offer ongoing training and mentorship opportunities in the office including our Co-Operative Learning Program and “Lunch & Learns”. Outside of the office we offer external training courses to help our engineers perform to the best of their ability.

Progressive Schedule

A progressive schedule is another benefit extended to PTA employees. Our office hours of operation are 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:00am to 12:00pm on Friday. Our flextime plan enables you to adjust your work schedule to what works best for you.
